•Oil paint on raw cotton-linen canvas finished with frayed edges •Unframed •Approx. 11.5" x 11.5” (each piece varies slightly in size as it's handmade)
The Soft Star series is about blending two colours together to create a sense of harmony. For me, these paintings are really about enjoying shape and finding a sense of calm within abstract forms. I love the simplicity of the shapes and the way the colours come together.
*These works are created using oil paint. Because oil paint cures very slowly, the paintings have not been varnished, allowing the surface to continue drying naturally over time.
